Can I cancel my order after purchasing on the website? ➤

If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, we cannot cancel or change it. This is because most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed. (Refunds will be issued within 72 hours).

Our return policy is valid for 14 days, starting only from the date your package is delivered to your address. Where do you ship from? ➤
We ship primarily from our fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia, and Western Europe. If the item you purchased is out of stock at the center closest to your location, we will ship it directly from our production lines, while respecting the delivery times indicated in our shipping section. Our products are carefully packaged by our expert team to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition, no matter how far they have to travel.
